Shipping and Handling

  • All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after the payment has been processed. (Average payment processing time depends on the form of payment)
  • All shipments are subject to carrier regulations and time in transit may vary by location
  • Customer pays all shipping and handling charges on all shipments, including refusals and returns.
  • Customers may choose an upgraded service level; otherwise WholesaleVip.com will select the most economical service level.
  • International shipments are subject to all duties and broker fees and are sole responsibility of the buyer.  Contact sales@wholesalevip.com with any specific questions.
  • Freight charges are subject to dimension and oversize carrier freight regulations. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
  • All orders will be shipped using UPS, Fedex or USPS.  We reserve the right to substitute between UPS and Fedex services.
  • UPS and Fedex will not ship to PO boxes, please provide a physical address for all orders to avoid delays in shipment.

Returns

  • Damaged and/or missing item shipments must be reported to WholesaleVip.com Customer Service within five days from receipt of shipment. WholesaleVip.com will initiate all freight claims with the carrier.
  • Due to the fragile nature of the product, TVs and Displays larger than 30" must be carefully inspected for any damage to the package. Any compromise to the package must be noted on the delivery receipt and/or Bill of Lading as proof the damage or tampering occurred prior to delivery. Failure to do so may result in the freight damage claim being denied. 
  • To ensure damage/claim credit, all damaged product, original packaging and outer shipping box must be returned to WholesaleVip.com. For assistance, please contact WholesaleVip.com Customer Service at service@wholesalevip.com.  Please do not forget to include the order#.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to the return of any merchandise. Please contact WholesaleVip.com Customer Service at service@wholesalevip.com to obtain return authorization. Product returned without an RMA number will be returned to the customer at customer's expense.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 21 days.
  • Defective returns, except cellular phones are eligible for return within 45 days from the WholesaleVip.com invoice date. After 45 days, product must be referred to the manufacturer for authorized warranty repair.  Defective (dead on arrival) cellular phones are eligible for return within 7 days from the invoice date.  Some of the manufacturers of cellular phones do not provide warranty, if you miss the deadline for a return, it will be your responsibility to fix the problem at your expense.
  • Factory sealed product in new/re-sellable condition may be returned at WholesaleVip.com discretion. Non-defective opened products are not eligible for return. Re-sellable products authorized for return will be credited at the current WholesaleVip.com selling price, less a 25% restocking fee.
  • Sale of closeout and special ordered items are final.
  • Items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for return. Custom installation products that have been painted are not eligible for return. Items designed for consumer use but used commercially are not eligible for return.
  • Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive full credit and fall subject to manufacturer's warranty. Where applicable, a fee up to 50% of the product price may be applied for missing parts, documentation, and manufacturer's box/packaging.
  • All returns must be shipped at the customer's expense and double boxed with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes being shipped back (i.e. 1 of 6, 2 of 6).   Please do not write RMA on the original box or inside the box.
  • Credit will be issued within 7 business days upon receipt of merchandise.

Return Policy Exceptions

  • Flat panel and Projection TVs are not eligible for return to WholesaleVip.com.
  • Most TVs/monitors 30" or larger and projection products require in-field service repairs under manufacturer's warranty. These products are not eligible for return. Please contact the appropriate manufacturer for troubleshooting and repair service.
